Nabil Ismail

Nabil Ismail is the co-founder and COO of Plumm, an online platform dedicated to mental, physical, and emotional wellness, a role they have held since 2017. Prior to this, Nabil served in various management positions, including as the Director of Projects at Hang On FZ LLE and as the Assistant Manager of Operations at Homeward Residential, Inc., where they managed over $115 million in accounts receivable. Nabil also founded NH Advisory Pvt. Ltd., offering consulting services across several domains, and played a key role in enhancing operational strategies at multiple organizations throughout their career. Nabil's work reflects a commitment to human resources and mental wellbeing. They pursued education at the University of Pune from 2005 to 2016.
