Nadia Ajmal

Nadia Ajmal has a strong background in various roles within the banking and insurance industry. Nadia is currently working at Plumm as the Head of Operations, a position they have held since March 2023. Prior to this role, they served as the Head of Project Management at Plumm from November 2022 to March 2023, and as the Head of People & Culture from September 2020 to October 2022.

Before joining Plumm, Nadia worked at Noor Bank as a Product Manager - Bancassurance from October 2018 to September 2020. Prior to that, they worked at ADIB - Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank, where they held the position of Product Manager - Takaful from October 2015 to September 2018, and Assistant Product Manager - Takaful from September 2014 to September 2015.

Nadia's early career experience includes working at Barclays, where they served as an Assistant Product Manager - Insurance from September 2008 to August 2014, and as a Branch Service Officer from August 2007 to August 2008.

Nadia Ajmal's education history begins with their enrollment at Indian High School in 1992, where they studied commerce and obtained an Indian Certificate for Higher Education. Nadia then pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in International Business from American Heritage University of Southern California from 2006 to 2010. In 2009, they attended EMDI and earned a diploma in Event Management & Innovative Marketing. Most recently, in 2018-2019, Nadia completed a Certificate in Insurance from the Chartered Insurance Institute.
