Ryan Duey

Ryan Duey has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Ryan is currently the Co-Founder and Co-CEO of Plunge, where they lead a team in building the world's best cold plunge. Prior to that, they founded Capitol Floats in 2015 and is responsible for its success as the Company Founder. In 2019, they became a Partner at Sky Naturals CBD until September 2021. Ryan also has experience in the sports industry, having worked as a Group Sales Manager and Account Executive at San Jose Earthquakes Soccer from 2011 to 2014. Additionally, they served as an Auxiliar of Conversation at Spanish Ministry of Education from 2009 to 2011.

Ryan Duey attended California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo from 2004 to 2008. Ryan pursued a degree in International AGB Management, with a focus on International Business Study and Spanish Language Study. In August 2016, Ryan also obtained a certification as a Certified Pool and Spa Operator from the National Swimming Pool Foundation.
