The PLUNJ Regimen: Hot, Cold, Rest, Repeat.

PLUNJ is Utah’s first Nordic-style sauna and cold plunge studio. Our small yet cozy space draws inspiration from Nordic and Scandinavian bathhouse culture to provide you with a mental and physical health-enhancing experience like no other.

At PLUNJ, we provide the most relaxing and invigorating version of contrast therapy, which is the practice of deliberately switching back and forth between hot and cold environments. More and more research shows that contrast therapy is linked to physical and mental health benefits, including reduced muscle soreness, improved circulation, improved mood, boosted metabolism, better sleep, a sense of peace and calm, and more.

Eager to share the benefits of hot and cold contrast therapy with as many people as possible, we are in the process of opening more PLUNJ locations throughout the United States. Reach out if you have interest in franchising or working with us!
