Arko Kurg

Arko Kurg is an experienced professional in the fields of systems, security, and digital analytics, currently serving as the Head of Systems & Security at Plural since June 2025. Previously, Kurg was a co-owner and Digital Analytics Engineer at Wolves of Analytics OÜ, providing expertise in Google Analytics trainings and user-experience analyses from March 2017 to July 2025. Additionally, Kurg held the position of Head of IT at Grant Thornton Baltic - Estonia, overseeing IT management and strategic initiatives from July 2018 to June 2025. Experience includes roles as Web Project Manager at Telia Eesti, where Kurg managed website projects and marketing campaigns, and Head of eChannels at Tallinn University of Technology, focusing on eChannels strategy and web analytics. Kurg’s career also encompasses earlier roles in website management and project management across various organizations. Arko Kurg holds a Master's degree in Management of Information Technology from Tallinn University and a Bachelor's degree in Entrepreneurship & Business Administration from Estonian Business School.
