Aaron Chavez

Aaron Chavez, PHR, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Head of Human Resources for the Americas at Lightsource BP since October 2019 and has simultaneously held the position of Sr. People Operations Project Manager at Pluralsight since June 2018. With a strong background in HR management, Aaron previously led Corporate Human Resources at Management & Training Corporation from February 2012 to June 2018, focusing on employee benefits and business partnering. Earlier experience includes roles at Whataburger from December 2004 to February 2012, which encompassed HR functions, store operations, and management. Aaron holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Management from Weber State University, obtained between 2014 and 2017.
