Eoin Smith is an accomplished sales professional with extensive experience in business development and sales management across the EMEA region. Currently serving as the Senior Commercial Acquisition Sales Manager at Pluralsight since May 2021, Eoin leads a team of Acquisition BDRs, focusing on hiring, coaching, and fostering a performance-driven culture. Prior to this role, Eoin excelled as an Enterprise Acquisition BDR at Pluralsight, where significant pipeline growth and high-quality opportunity generation were achieved through strategic outbound prospecting. Eoin's previous experience includes serving as Sales Manager at Conlans - N. Conlan & Sons Ltd, leading a high-performing team to exceed sales targets, as well as holding senior sales roles at Audi Naas, Cranley Cars, and Academy Car Sales.
