Eric Horton

Eric Horton is currently a Sr. Success Operations Manager at Pluralsight, where they leverage their extensive experience in customer success and operations management. Previously, they served as a Revenue Operations Manager at ZipRecruiter and a Senior Customer Success Analyst at Muck Rack. Eric's career began with an internship at GlaxoSmithKline, where they conducted a supply chain practicum project.
