Rick Fielding

Rick Fielding is a seasoned IT professional currently serving as the Sr. Director of Information Technology at Pluralsight since July 2023, after previously holding the position of Director Of Information Technology from July 2019 to July 2023. Fielding's expertise includes overseeing financial budgeting for IT, managing engineering teams, and ensuring effective IT service delivery, particularly during the transition to remote work amid the Covid-19 pandemic. Prior to Pluralsight, Fielding worked at the LDS Church in various roles, including Service Management and Monitoring Operations Solutions Manager, where responsibilities encompassed managing enterprise monitoring tools and overseeing problem and knowledge management processes. Fielding also possesses experience in technical support and training from previous positions at Electronic Data Systems, Weyerhaeuser, and EpicLearning. Fielding holds an MBA in IT Management from Western Governors University and a BS in Computing and Software Systems from the University of Washington.
