Skye Sant

Skye Sant is a seasoned leader in product design and user experience, currently serving as the Director of Product Design for Skills at Pluralsight since September 2023, where integration of standardized design processes and user-focused solutions is prioritized. Previously, Skye has held significant roles such as UX Research & Product Design Executive at GoCanvas, Director of UX and Product Design at Coalfire, and Director of Product/Platform Design at Xyleme, Inc., each position marked by successful team leadership and innovation-driven strategies. Skye's extensive experience includes founding a consultancy focused on user experience strategy, directing user experience departments at various companies, and fostering high-performance design teams. Skye's educational background includes a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Digital Design from the University of Colorado Denver and a Bachelor of Science with a double major in English and Science from Brigham Young University.
