Steve Buchanan

Steve Buchanan is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in cloud platforms and product management. Currently serving as Principal PM Manager and leading the Azure Experience Analysis team at Microsoft, Steve focuses on enhancing end-to-end customer experiences across multi-cloud environments. Previous roles at Microsoft include Principal Program Manager, where responsibilities involved evaluating customer experiences with an emphasis on open-source and Kubernetes technologies. As an author for O'Reilly and Pluralsight, Steve contributes to the tech community while also acting as a fractional Chief Technology Advisor for Gebeya Inc. Education includes a Mini MBA and degrees in Information Technology and Network Support Specialist. Prior experience spans leadership positions at Avanade, Concurrency, RBA, Inc., and various consulting roles in cloud and infrastructure.
