Michael Ruiz

Michael Ruiz possesses extensive experience in technology leadership and digital transformation across various industries. Starting as a Signals Intelligence Analyst in the US Army, Michael held significant roles at Deloitte and BearingPoint before advancing to Vice President and Chief Digital Officer at MedStar Health. Following this, Michael served as Deputy Director of Technical Integration at SAIC and held high-level positions at BAE Systems and Booz Allen Hamilton. Currently, Michael is the Chief Technology Officer at Plurilock and serves on the advisory boards of both Plurilock and CyberSaint. Michael also holds academic roles as affiliated faculty at Virginia Commonwealth University's School of Business and serves on the Information Systems Advisory Board. Michael's educational background includes an Associate's degree and a Bachelor's degree from Hawaii Pacific University, along with a Master of Science and a Ph.D. (ABD) from Virginia Commonwealth University.
