Yibo Chen has extensive experience in the field of perception systems, currently serving as the Tech Lead Manager for Perception at Plus from February 2019 to December 2023, where responsibilities include leading modeling development in areas such as VLM/VLA end-to-end learning, transformer-based road understanding, and auto-labeling. Prior to this role, Yibo worked as a Senior Research Engineer and Software Engineer at Plus, focusing on vector space lane topology generation and 3D scene reconstruction.
