Clark Stuart

Clark Stuart is a Public Affairs Manager at PLUS Communications, currently based in Washington D.C. This BYU alum, who graduated in April 2024 with a double major in Public Relations and Russian, has experience in crafting strategic messaging and engaging with lawmakers. Previously, they were an Associate Authentication Analyst at DigiCert and an Intern in Public Affairs and Communications with The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Clark's passion for public and international affairs was shaped by a two-year volunteer mission in Moscow, and they are fluent in Russian, with additional interests in foreign affairs, global business, and Slavic cultures.
