Warda S. has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Warda started their career in 2008 as an HR Assistant at RIWC. Warda then worked as a Recruitment Intern at Le Chateau Inc. in 2009. The same year, they also worked as a Recruiter at TorontoJobs.ca. In 2010, Warda joined WMI as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator. Warda then transitioned to Target in 2011, initially as a Senior Staffing Specialist and later as an Executive Team Leader- Human Resources. Warda joined Saks Fifth Avenue in 2015 as a Talent Development Manager and worked there until 2017. From 2017 to 2020, they served as a Human Resources Business Partner at Canopy Growth Corporation. In 2020, they joined Holt Renfrew as a Human Resources Business Partner. Currently, Warda is working at Plus Company, first as a Talent Director for Employee Experience and later as the VP of Employee Experience, Ontario & West.
