Aaron Hall

Aaron Hall currently serves as the BESS Director and Project Manager for BESS Delivery at PLUS ES, a position held since November 2024. Prior experience includes a tenure at Ausgrid from April 2018 to July 2025, primarily as Project Manager for DSO, where Aaron delivered community batteries across the network. From September 2009 to February 2018 at Ausgrid, roles included Project Engineering Officer for Major Projects, where responsibilities encompassed project management, engineering support, and the execution of major projects. Earlier career stages involved various roles, including Senior Electrical Services Technician at Ausgrid and Apprentice Electrical Fitter at EnergyAustralia. Academic qualifications include a Master of Construction Project Management and several certifications in project management and electrical engineering from UNSW and TAFE NSW.
