Boris Kobal

Boris Kobal is the Metering Assets & Compliance Lead at PLUS ES, a position held in 2020. Previously, Boris served as the Manager of Metering Assets & Technology at both PLUS ES and Ausgrid, and played a significant role in developing EnergyAustralia’s Metering Provision strategy and policies. Boris has a Master's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Technology Management from Deakin University and an Engineering degree in Electrical from the University of Technology, Sydney. With extensive experience in metering asset management, Boris has actively contributed to national forums regarding metering practices.
