Lawson Phillips

Lawson Phillips is currently an Associate Design Engineer at Plus Group. They previously worked as a Process Design Co-op at the same company and gained experience in drafting Process Flow Diagrams and Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams using Autodesk Plant3D software. Additionally, Lawson held the title of Project Management Co-op at Plus Group, where they were responsible for handling forecasts and meeting project deadlines. Prior to their current role, Lawson worked as an Event Setup at Receptions banquet and conference center, where they collaborated with a team to provide banquet services for numerous guests. Lawson is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Cincinnati.
