Project Management Team

The Project Management Team at Plus Group oversees the planning, execution, and completion of engineering, facilities design, construction, plant automation, IT, and construction management projects. They coordinate resources, manage timelines and budgets, and ensure that all projects meet client specifications and regulatory standards. The team is led by the Project Management Director and includes several experienced Project Managers and a Senior Project Manager, all dedicated to delivering successful project outcomes.
