Ben Gines

Ben Gines has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Ben started their career as an Automation Specialist at Dacco Controls in 2009 and worked there until 2014. Ben then joined The David J. Joseph Company as a Control System Engineer from 2014 to 2016. After that, they became the Principal Owner of Sawtooth Control Systems from 2016 to 2019. From 2019 to 2021, they worked at Dematic as the Robotic Project Execution Group Lead. Ben then joined Automated as the Director of Innovation from 2021 to 2022. Currently, they are employed at Plus One Robotics as a Senior Project Manager starting November 2022.

Ben Gines has an Associate of Science - AS degree in Electrical Automation and Robotics from Utah Valley University. Ben also holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Technology Management from the same institution. Additionally, Ben has a Master's degree in Engineering Management from The Ohio State University.
