PLUS ONE society is an Emmy Award-winning, Black woman-owned social impact agency redefining how brands move through the world.

We specialize in building movements through brand strategy, creative campaigns, and immersive experiences rooted in justice, storytelling, and cultural power. With 20+ years of experience across sports, entertainment, and media—including work with the NBA, Amazon Studios, Common, ESPN, and Represent Justice—we partner with purpose-led organizations to design campaigns that disrupt narratives and drive lasting change.

Our proprietary PLUS ONE Method™ integrates strategic rigor with soul-aligned storytelling:
➕ Position with Purpose
➕ Leave Legacy through Language
➕ Uplift Unapologetic Storytelling
➕ Strategize for Soul-Aligned Scale

Whether launching a justice-forward initiative, producing a culture-shifting event, or reimagining brand identity, we center care, clarity, and community in everything we build.

Founded by CEO + Social Impact Producer Kristen Renee Ingram, PLUS ONE society exists to amplify movements that matter—and to ensure every story becomes a strategy for liberation.

Let’s co-create the future—where strategy meets soul.
