Steven Edmonds

Steven Edmonds has a diverse work experience in the field of technical support and integration specialist roles. Steven started their career in 2012 at EVO Payments, Inc. as a Technical Support Specialist, providing phone and email support, account boarding, and terminal support. Steven also worked with various payment systems and databases. In 2016, they joined Newtek Business Services Corp. as a Technical Support Specialist, where they continued to provide technical support and was responsible for all phases of deployment and shipping.

In 2017, Steven joined EPSG as a Technical/Agent Support III/Escalations, where they continued to provide support for clients during integration and terminal setup processes. Steven utilized multiple payment systems and was proficient in working with various terminal units. In 2019, they joined PayCertify as an Integration Specialist, where they were involved in the integration of APIs and coding. Steven also had expertise in chargeback tools and mitigation, as well as providing phone and email support.

Most recently, in 2021, Steven joined dash.fi as part of the Sales Operations team, where they worked on FunnelDash's flagship product, AdCard, which is a charge card exclusively for digital ad spend. Steven played a role in promoting AdCard as the highest cashback card for Facebook and Google ad spend.

Additionally, in 2023, Steven became the Founder & CEO of Plus Payments, showcasing their entrepreneurial skills and ability to lead a company.

Steven Edmonds attended Clark Atlanta University from 2007 to 2010, where they studied accounting. Steven then transferred to Long Island University and pursued a degree in accounting from 2010 to 2012.
