Alex Johnson

Alex Johnson has held a variety of roles in the technology and software engineering industries. In 2021, they began working as the Chief Technology Officer and Technical Consultant at Plus Platform. From 2017-2021, they worked at Fathom as the Head of Technology, Technology Lead, and Senior Engineer. From 2013-2017, they worked as a Software Engineering Consultant. From 2012-2014, they were the Co-Founder & Chief Technology Officer and Technical Advisor at GradQuiz. In 2011, they were hand selected for an accelerated graduate leadership programme with Reckitt, where they gained 14 months experience in Master Production Scheduling in their Nottingham factory. In 2009, they were an I.T. and Communications Director at Aston Entrepreneurs, and they also had an industrial placement at Reckitt Benckiser managing the UK inbound supply of finished goods. Finally, from 2002-2009, they worked as a Chef at The Riverside Inn, Aymestrey and was a finalist in the young chef of the year competition at the prestigious Ludlow food festival.

Alex Johnson completed their secondary education at Wigmore High School from 2000 to 2005. Alex then attended Hereford Sixth Form College from 2005 to 2007. In 2007, they enrolled at Aston University and graduated in 2011 with a BSc (Hons) Business & Management, specializing in E-Business & Operations Management.
