Stu Jackson

Stu Jackson has over 10 years of work experience in the field of user experience consulting. In 2005, they founded NovaGaia Ltd, where they provided information architecture, user research, experience modelling, and customer experience consultancy services. From 2009 to 2010, Stu worked as a User Experience Consultant at Headlondon, Fortune Cookie, Profero, and Morgan Stanley. In 2011, they worked as Lead User Experience Architect at HSBC, and from 2012 to 2013 they worked as a User Experience Consultant at Rule Financial. In 2021, Stu co-founded Plus Platform and is currently serving as Co-Founder and Chief Experience Officer. Stu also co-founded Fathom in 2013, where they are currently serving as Owner and Co-Founder.

Stu Jackson completed their PhD in Cognitive Psychology & Philosophy from the University of Exeter between 1989 and 1992. Prior to that, they obtained a BSc in Experimental Psychology from the University of Sussex between 1986 and 1989.
