María González Gascón

Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in entrepreneurship and nutrition. Currently serving as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos, an online store focused on organic products for body care and environmental sustainability since August 2020, Mariana also holds the position of Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previously, Mariana owned and managed Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, worked as a nutritionist at a private practice from February 2016 to 2019, and taught university courses on applied mathematics in nutrition and the history of food at a vocational training school from August 2016 to August 2017. Mariana completed a diploma in Business Administration and Management at Universidad Anahuac Online in 2020 and holds a bachelor's degree in Food, Nutrition, and Wellness from Universidad del Centro de México, earned in 2015.
