Mark Jefferson

Mark Jefferson is the Co-Founder & President at Plus3 IT Systems. Mark has over 25 years of experience in the IT industry and has held various executive positions at well-known companies including ManTech, WINS, Envue Technologies, Pulsar Data Systems, Cisco Systems, and Novell. Mark Jefferson founded Envue Technologies in 1998 and served as its Principal until 2011 when they joined WINS as Vice President & General Manager. In November 2011, they joined ManTech as SVP of the WINS Division and held this position until July 2015. Mark Jefferson has been instrumental in the success of Plus3 IT Systems and continues to lead the company to new heights.

Mark Jefferson attended Duke University, where they studied electrical engineering and computer science. Mark then went on to work in the field of electrical engineering and computer science.
