Andrew Essey

Andrew Essey is the Managing Director and Founder of Plus3, where they are dedicated to fostering customer-centric technology solutions. With nearly two decades of experience in the industry, Andrew has developed expertise in building strategic partnerships and driving transformation. Their previous roles include positions as a Senior Business Analyst and Head of Cloud at Dariel, Fund Accountant at ING Real Estate Finance, and Senior Fund Accounting Manager at J.P. Morgan. Andrew holds a BCom Accounting Degree from the University of Johannesburg and has a Matric with distinction from Krugersdorp Highschool. Currently, they are also a member of DLAE Private Equity.
