Itai Y

Itai Y is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various sectors. Currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer for Plus500 Japan since January 2023, Itai previously held the position of Country Manager at Trax Retail, where responsibilities included leading the transition of the Japan office to a legal entity and enhancing market share amid challenges posed by COVID-19. As co-founder and CEO of ABJ Japan, Itai established a global retail group specializing in luxury cosmetics. Additional roles include Managing Director at ImpacTech, Director of Business Development for APAC at Kyodo International Corporation Japan, and Sales Manager at Moroccanoil Japan, where initial operations in Japan were set up. Itai's educational background includes advanced degrees from Keio University and coursework in Business Management at Temple University Japan, complemented by a degree from Tel Aviv University in East ASEAN Studies.
