Mariana Peralta

Mariana Peralta has a wealth of experience in the field of product design and management. Mariana began their career in 2004 as an Independent Graphic and Web Designer. In 2006, they joined Bridger Conway as an Interactive Project Manager/Account Executive, Interactive Graphic Designer, and Senior Graphic Designer & Traffic Manager. In 2010, they moved to Latin3 as an Account Manager. In 2012, they joined Entaste as a Project Manager Director. Finally, in 2013, they joined Plus54 as a Senior Product Manager, UX & User Interface Designer and POD Team Lead. In this role, they were responsible for resource allocation, forecasting and general management of a team of 20 members, coordination and negotiation with supervisors, direct supervision of three Project Managers, successful internal team conflicts resolution, support and reporting for sales area and other company stakeholders, design and UX work, and coordination of .Net projects. Mariana has worked with clients such as Novartis, Good Year, Symantec, Quanex, Ulmer & Berne, Timkensteel, Eyelink Alcon, Nextel Mexico, Banamex, Cisco, SAP, Blizzard, Reebok, LAN, Telmex, Bloom, and Dr. Brandt.
