Jess currently serves as Senior Manager of Clinical Strategy for PlushCare and AccoladeCare at Accolade, Inc., following a tenure as Senior Manager and Manager of Care Delivery at PlushCare. In parallel, Jess contributes to Harvard Medical School as a Capstone Mentor, Ethics Curriculum Developer and Instructor, and Graduate Student Apprentice Instructor for Medical Ethics. Jess founded Elevate Adolescence, a consulting firm aimed at enhancing educational programming and curriculum on adolescent health. Previous experience includes roles at Boston Children's Hospital in the Adolescent & Young Adult Medicine department and as Academic Director at HFS Chicago Scholars. Jess holds a Master of Science in Bioethics from Harvard Medical School and has completed multiple postgraduate degrees at Harvard University, in addition to a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and Education Studies from Lake Forest College.
