Paul Holdsworth

Paul Holdsworth is an experienced digital production leader and content editor specialist, currently managing a team at Plusnet since December 2018, focusing on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) implementation. Prior to Plusnet, Paul served as Digital Production Manager at BT, leading significant projects including a major AEM CMS migration, where responsibilities spanned requirement writing, agile testing, and SEO enhancements. Earlier roles at Orange included managing technical support processes and knowledge management tools, while initial experience at Freeserve involved configuring customer email systems. Paul began a career in education as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Leeds, where multimedia teaching methods were developed for environmental management students. Paul Holdsworth holds a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Management from the University of Leeds, earned in 1999.
