Ethan Crooks has extensive work experience in various industries and roles. Ethan started their career in 2007 as an Associate Attorney at O'Rourke & Moody, where they handled a wide range of commercial matters and acted as outside counsel for closely-held companies. In 2012, they joined Magnetrol International as an Associate General Counsel, overseeing international terms and conditions negotiation, export compliance, and corporate governance. In 2016, Ethan joined TransPerfect as a Director of Business Development, where they focused on driving business growth. From 2021 to 2023, they served as the Executive Vice President of Sales at Veristar LLC, leading the sales team. Currently, Ethan holds the position of Vice President of Business Development at PLUSnxt, where they bring together top people and technology to deliver innovative solutions to clients.
Ethan Crooks attended Miami University from 2000 to 2004 and earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in History. Ethan then went on to attend the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law from 2004 to 2007, where they obtained a Doctor of Law (JD) degree.
