Eric Mignot

Eric Mignot is the current President at +Simple, a position they have held since December 2014. Prior to this, they were the Managing Director at Theircox Insurance France from January 2010 to December 2014, and the France Country Manager at Boursorama from January 2006 to January 2010.

Mignot has extensive experience in insurance and business development. At Theircox, they defined and implemented a multi-specialist strategy by combining strong marketing competency and technical expertise. This led to a doubling of the size of commercial lines, the creation of scheme/affinity business competency, and the repositioning of personal lines to secure profits. Eric also accelerated business development through multi-channel distribution, launching a direct to business channel (several thousand new clients, radically improved brand awareness), major partnership deals with composite insurers and banks, and a segmented approach of broker channel to increase efficiency. In addition, they optimized the company's operating model through change management, changing the company culture with massive improvement of sales productivity, launching scoring based underwriting and automation of small ticket processing, building a new management team with unique set of expertise, and driving teams through heavy organization change agendas.

Eric Mignot has an MBA from INSEAD and a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from NEOMA Business School. Eric also has certification from the Banque de France.
