Rani Powers

Rani Powers is the Founder and CEO of Pluto Biosciences. Rani previously worked as a Senior Product Manager at Helix, where they led a team of software and QA engineers to develop the Helix Genetic Health Risk App for Late-onset Alzheimer’s Disease. Prior to that, they were the Senior Manager of Innovation at HumanCode, where they designed, architected, and engineered their patented genetic trait prediction platform. Rani began their career as a Professional Research Assistant at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus.

Rani Powers has a Ph.D. in Computational Bioscience from the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus and a B.A. in Molecular Cellular Developmental Biology from the University of Colorado Boulder.
