Technical Program Manager II - Software Testing And Automation at Pluto TV

Alexander Chang has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and positions. Alexander started their career as a Marketing Analyst Intern at Grand Pacific Department Store, where they led a team of interns and contributed to market flow analysis. Alexander later worked as a Production Management Intern at Pasadena Museum of California Art, where they promoted exhibitions on social media platforms and managed volunteer scheduling.

After that, they briefly worked as a Security Consultant at ERS Security Alarm Systems, Inc, analyzing clients' security needs and maintaining accounts. Alexander then joined Activision Blizzard as a Quality Assurance Tester, where they played and stress-tested AAA titles, tested third-party apps, and reviewed web content.

In 2014, Alexander worked as a Quality Assurance Tester at Treyarch before joining Amazon Game Studios in 2015 as a QA Tech Lead. There, they managed offshore QA teams, designed test suites, and executed API test cases. Alexander later joined AT&T as a Project Manager and Certified ScrumMaster, where they created processes for resource allocation and taught them to other teams.

In 2019, Alexander joined Animated Accountants as a Production Accountant, processing accounts payables and managing finances for various productions on platforms like Netflix and Apple. Alexander later took on the role of Production Project Manager, overseeing projects, providing financial support, and auditing accounts payable and purchase orders.

Currently, Alexander works at Pluto TV as a Technical Program Manager II - Software Testing and Automation.

Alexander Chang attended UC San Diego from 2007 to 2011, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in European History. Alexander also holds certifications such as the SAFe 5 Agilist Certification obtained from Scaled Agile, Inc. in April 2021 and the Certified ScrumMaster® certification obtained from Scrum Alliance in July 2018.
