Lead Android Software Engineer at Pluto TV

Andreu Zaitsev has a diverse work experience in the field of software engineering and development. Andreu started their career as an Android Developer at Ashwood Creative in November 2018 and worked there until January 2019. In March 2019, they joined 1000Geeks as an Android Developer and stayed until April 2020.

In February 2020, Andreu launched their own project, iDoc Health, where they served as the Owner and Developer. Andreu successfully implemented the project from idea to completion and left in February 2021.

From November 2020 to April 2021, Andreu worked as an Android Mentor/Coach (Volunteer Worker) at Android Academy. Andreu supervised a subgroup of 5 students, provided support during workshops and homework, conducted additional lectures, and reviewed PRs.

In April 2020, Andreu joined MBicycle as a Senior Android Software Engineer. In addition to their technical role, they conducted technical interviews.

Andreu then moved to Pluto TV in April 2020 as a Senior Android Software Engineer, working on a large-scale project with over 32 Android developers. Andreu followed the SAFe methodology and achieved several highlights and accomplishments.

Since November 2021, Andreu has been working at a company with an undisclosed name due to a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) as a Lead Android Software Engineer. Andreu successfully developed and delivered an application for managing production pipelines, taking responsibility for leading the development and delivery of the product.

Most recently, Andreu joined Paramount in June 2023 as a Senior Software Engineer. The duration of this role is currently ongoing.

Andreu Zaitsev completed their Bachelor's degree in Information technologies and control in technical systems at Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics from 2014 to 2018. In addition to their degree, they obtained several certifications, including "Dependency Injection in Android with Dagger 2 and Hilt" from Udemy: Online Courses in February 2022, "Kotlin Coroutines for Android Masterclass" from Udemy: Online Courses in June 2021, "Android Multithreading Masterclass" from Udemy: Online Courses (by Vasiliy Zukanov) in June 2020, "Multinational Communication in the Workplace" from LinkedIn in February 2020, and "Kotlin for Java Developers" from Belarus Kotlin User Group (BKUG) in April 2019.
