Charles Hull has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Charles started their career at Walt Disney World as a Customer Service representative and later worked at Olive Garden as a Server. Charles then interned at Tractor Supply Company as a Master Data Management Intern, where they gained experience with SAP, Access, and Excel. Charles also worked as a Graduate Assistant at Middle Tennessee State University, assisting professors and tutoring students in Business Intelligence and Analytics. Charles later became an Adjunct Professor at the university. Charles then joined Asurion as a Quantitative Analyst II, analyzing supply chain operations and collaborating with cross-functional teams. After that, they joined The Walt Disney Company, where they held the roles of IDX Analytics & Reporting Analyst II and Manager, Business Intelligence. In these roles, Charles led analytics projects, utilized SQL and Tableau, and created executive dashboards. Currently, they are working at Pluto TV as a Lead Business Intelligence Analyst.

Charles Hull's education history begins in 2012, when they enrolled at Valencia College. Charles studied General Studies at Valencia College until 2014. After that, from 2014 to 2017, they attended Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) and pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Computer Information Systems. Continuing their education, they went on to obtain a Master of Science (MS) degree in Business Intelligence and Analytics from Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) between 2017 and 2018. Additionally, Charles Hull has obtained two certifications: "Learning R" from LinkedIn in May 2020 and "SQL Tips, Tricks, & Techniques" also from LinkedIn in May 2020.
