Senior Software Engineer at Pluto TV

Jesse Lopez has a diverse work experience starting from 2008 when they worked as an Electric Car Test Engineer Apprentice/Master Mechanic at EV Source. In this role, they were responsible for converting vehicles from gas engines to electric motors and developing products for customers.

From 2010 to 2016, Jesse worked in the US Navy as a Fire Controlman-Aegis Computer Networking Technician. Their responsibilities included serving as a system administrator for the ship's tactical network, performing daily system analysis and maintenance, and ensuring network stability.

In 2016, Jesse joined IM Flash as an Equipment Engineering Technician. Here, they utilized SPC charts and database extraction software to diagnose robotic failures, programmed physical positions for robots, and created and sustained procedures and documentation.

From 2017 to 2022, Jesse worked at Cimetrix Incorporated as a Software Engineer, where they developed and maintained Winform and WPF multithreaded applications, developed unit tests for GEM 300 SEMI Standards, created training materials, and trained developers on Software Development Kits.

Currently, Jesse works at Pluto TV as a Senior Software Engineer, where they design and builds restful web API services for video file processing and maintains a GIT repository consisting of Golang and C code.

Jesse Lopez has a diverse education history. In 2012, they obtained a Certificate in Aegis Computer Networking Technician TRK II (NEC 1318) from Aegis Training & Readiness Center in Dahlgren, Virginia. Additionally, in the same year, they completed the Aprentice Technical Training Course (FC-II-A-0151) and earned a Certificate in Analog and digital electronic theory and troubleshooting.

Prior to that, Jesse attended Utah State University from 2009 to 2012, where they obtained an Associate's Degree in Associate of Science: General Studies.

Later, they pursued their Bachelor's of Science in Computer Science (ABET) at National University from 2015 to 2017.

In 2019, Jesse completed their Master's of Science in Computer Science from National University.

Furthermore, Jesse obtained a certification as an Aegis Computer Networking Technician NEC 1318 from ATRC Dahlgren Virginia in January 2012.

It is worth noting that Jesse also has a Certificate in Radar systems Maintenance and troubleshooting, which they acquired from the Fire Controlman Class "A" School from 2008 to 2010.
