Jose Roberto Munoz

Jose Roberto Munoz has a strong background in software testing and engineering. Jose Roberto is currently working as a Senior Software Test Engineer at Pluto TV since May 2022. Prior to this, they held the role of Senior Software Quality Engineer at Insight Global from January 2019 to May 2022.

Before joining Insight Global, Jose worked at Luxoft as an SDET from October 2017 to December 2018. Jose Roberto also gained significant experience at IBM, where they served as a Performance Tester and Automation Tester from December 2013 to September 2017.

Jose began their career as a Performance Test Engineer at Tata Consultancy Services from March 2013 to December 2013. Jose Roberto then moved to Softtek where they held two separate roles as a Performance Test Engineer from August 2010 to June 2012 and from July 2012 to February 2013.

Prior to Softtek, Jose worked as an IT Consultant at Bufete de Tecnología y Soluciones Avanzadas, S.C. from April 2010 to August 2010. Jose Roberto also gained experience as an IT & Network Engineer at Consejo de la Judicatura Federal México from February 2009 to December 2009.

Jose Roberto Munoz obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Universidad Autónoma de Baja California. In addition, they have obtained several certifications, including IBM Design Thinking Practitioner from IBM in December 2016, ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL) from ISTQB - International Software Testing Qualifications Board in July 2014, and IMTQN Certified Mobile Application Tester (CMAT) from Global Association for Quality Management (GAQM) in March 2014.
