Maxim Aliseenko has a diverse work experience in the field of software engineering. Maxim started their career at Itransition in 2004 as a .NET Junior Developer, working on e-commerce solutions. From 2005 to 2010, they worked at Effective Solutions International (ESI) in various roles including BI Solution Analyst and .NET/Java Developer, where they developed solutions on the .NET platform. In 2010, they joined TESIB as a Senior Developer, specializing in the implementation and deployment of IBM Tivoli Maximo Asset Management products. In 2014, they moved to GICSOFT, Inc. as a Senior Software Developer, where they remained until 2019. In the same year, they joined both Geomotiv and Pluto TV as a Software Engineer.

Maxim Aliseenko completed their education at the Belarusian State Technological University. Maxim earned a Bachelor's degree in IT System Engineering and Computer Science from 2003 to 2008. Later, they obtained a Master's degree in IT System Engineering and Computer Science from the same university, completing their studies from 2008 to 2009. Prior to their university education, Maxim Aliseenko attended Slavyanskay Gimnazia, although the specific dates and fields of study are unknown.
