Melanie Baron has a diverse work experience in the media industry. Melanie started their career as a Working Student at Paderborn University in 2011, where they worked until March 2012. After that, they joined ProSiebenSat.1 Media SE as a Programming US Fiction professional for a seven-month period. In 2014, Melanie joined Turner Broadcasting System, Inc as a Programme Planning Coordinator and held the role until February 2019. Next, they worked at WarnerMedia, starting as a Senior Coordinator for Programme Planning & Non-Linear Strategy Kids Channels from March 2019 to March 2020. Then, they became a Senior VOD & Acquisitions Planner from April 2020 to March 2022 at the same company.
