Michael Jones

Michael Jones has extensive work experience in the software engineering and quality assurance fields. Michael is currently employed at Pluto TV as the Director of Release & Tools Enablement Engineering. Previously, they worked at Farmers Insurance, where they held the roles of Director of Software Engineering in Test (SDET) and Lead SDET/Automation Architect. Prior to that, Michael worked at NBCUniversal, Inc. as the Manager of Software Quality Engineer and Sr. Software Quality Engineer. Michael also worked at Dex Media, Inc. as a Sr. Quality Assurance Engineer and at CACI International Inc as a Sr. Automation Test Engineer. Early in their career, Michael held positions at IBM and Norfolk State University, gaining experience as a WebSphere Commerce Developer, System Verification Test Developer, Research Assistant, Graduate Assistant, Teaching Assistant, Pre-Prof Programmer, and WECM Test Automation Developer.

Michael Jones completed a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Virginia State University in December 2003. Michael then pursued their Masters in Computer Science from Norfolk State University from 2005 to 2007.
