Rafa Horowitz is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in software development and architecture. Currently serving as the Lead Software Engineer at Pluto TV since October 2022, Rafa has successfully led the creation of a data collection module for Analytics, ensuring its alignment with project objectives. Previously, as a Senior Software Engineer at Accel Robotics, Rafa spearheaded the migration of a user web application to a new API and infrastructure and developed tools for autonomous store management. Rafa's career includes significant roles at Pluto TV, Bestoffshore Analytics, WithMe™, and Band Of Coders, demonstrating proficiency in analytics components, system design, and team leadership across various technology stacks. Rafa holds both M.Sc. and B.Sc. degrees in Computer Science from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
