Rafael Pazini's work experience starts in 2013 at Evolua Educação, where they worked as a Software Developer. Rafael was responsible for developing applications, researching new technologies, and providing training for the team. Rafael then joined MediaçãOnline in 2015 as a Software Developer Intern, where they worked on developing the front-end of an online mediation platform, integrating APIs, and implementing new features. In addition to their academic education, Rafael also obtained certifications such as the "Introduction to Computer Science and Programming Using Python" from MITx on edX in March 2021, and the "Scrum Foundation Professional Certificate (SFPC)" from CertiProf in June 2020.
