Renata G. is a seasoned professional in creative operations and project management, currently serving as Creative Operations Manager for both Paramount+ and Pluto TV since September 2022. Previously, Renata held various roles at Rogers Sports & Media from 2014 to 2022, progressing from Project Manager, Creative to Senior Project Manager, Creative, where expertise in agile methodologies, budget management, and cross-functional collaboration was demonstrated. Renata has a strong background in developing campaign deliverables and strategic insights based on data analytics. Involvement in diversity initiatives includes serving as Branding, Communications & Analytics Co-chair for the Rogers Mosaic Inclusion & Diversity committee and as a founding committee member of the Rogers Women of Colour group. Renata's early career includes experience with RBC and The Canadian Songwriters Hall of Fame, with academic credentials from York University and Humber College in communication and public relations.
