Stas Baydakov

Stas Baydakov has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles and companies. Stas is currently working at Pluto TV as the Director of Product, Platforms. Prior to this, they held the role of Lead Product Manager at Pluto TV for CTV Core & Distribution Platforms.

Before joining Pluto TV, Stas worked at Red Bull Media House for several years. During their time there, they held positions such as Lead Product Manager for Emerging Tech & Content Distribution, and Senior Product Manager for Engineering Services & DevOps. Stas played a key role in product development, launch, and partnership initiatives across various streaming video platforms.

Stas also co-founded and served as the CTO of Compcard, a platform focused on enhancing social presence on Instagram and building personal modeling portfolios. Additionally, they worked at companies like Aspiration, Fox (Film, TV and Sports), Kantar Added Value DE, LawKick (acquired by CLIO.com), and Brand Knew, where they held various technical and leadership roles.

Before their professional career, Stas worked as a freelance engineer, consultant, and entrepreneur. Overall, Stas Baydakov has gained extensive experience in product management, engineering, and leadership roles in the media, technology, and advertising industries.

Stas Baydakov completed their MBA Essentials program from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) from 2019 to 2020. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Economics from UC Santa Barbara, attending from 2005 to 2007. Stas also obtained an Associate's Degree in Liberal Arts & Sciences from Los Angeles Pierce College, enrolling from 2004 to 2005. In addition to their academic pursuits, Stas has also acquired additional certifications such as Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc. in April 2021 and the MBA Essentials certification from LSE in March 2020.
