Will Gurman

Will Gurman currently serves as Senior Vice President of Content Strategy & Partnerships at Pluto TV since January 2025. Previously, from December 2021 to December 2024, Gurman held the position of Vice President of Content Strategy & Business Operations for Streaming at Paramount, where responsibilities included overseeing content strategy and managing budget allocations to drive user engagement and revenue growth. Gurman's extensive experience in content partnerships began at Fullscreen Media, where roles spanned from Director of Licensing & Acquisitions to Senior Director of Content Acquisition and Strategy. Early in the career, Gurman worked at 20th Century Fox Television, focusing on brand management and strategy. Gurman holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a BA in Political Science from Yale University.
