Rania elShageaa

Rania elShageaa has been working in the software engineering field since 2007. Rania began their career as a Software Developer/Technical Leader at Hewlett-Packard, where they were responsible for coaching, mentoring, delivering technical and business recovery plan documents, and developing using C#, SQL Server, TFS, HP System library Framework and IR author. Rania then moved to InterKnowlogy as a Software Developer, where they contributed to the TSRI project and handled security and login phases. In 2007, they also worked as a Senior Software Developer at GlobeSoft and a Developer/Analyst at Freelancer recommended by Microsoft.

In 2014, Rania elShageaa joined Klenka as a Technical Team Leader, where they were responsible for going through the whole project’s life cycle for the DMC - Document Management Center System for the ministry of Trade and Industry in Egypt. In 2015, they became a Software Engineer at SmartClinics, where they introduced new features in the Smart Clinics web portal, developed a migration solution, and used reverse engineering skills. Rania then moved to Avant Mutual as a Senior Software Engineer - Contract in 2018, and in 2019, they joined Plutora as a Senior Software Developer. Most recently, in 2021, they became a Software Engineer at WooliesX.

Rania elShageaa began their education in 1998, when they enrolled in Cairo University and earned their Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering in 2003. Prior to that, they attended Ramses College for Girls (RCG) for their high school education. No additional certifications have been listed.
