Julia Watson is an experienced professional in customer experience and account management, currently serving as Head of Customer Experience at Pluxee UK since March 2016, following a progression that includes roles as Account Director and Head of Customer Experience. Prior to this, Julia worked at P&MM, part of the Sodexo family, as Account Manager for Employee Benefits from September 2010 to March 2016. Julia's career began at Red Letter Days as Event Diary Account Manager and included a role as Account Manager at Carlson Marketing, and UK Programme Co-ordinator at Camp America. Julia holds a Bachelor's degree in History from Sheffield Hallam University and completed a program at The CX Academy in late 2022.
