Léa MESSI

Léa MESSI is a seasoned Portfolio Manager with extensive experience in risk management and internal controls. They have held positions at prominent organizations including Ernst & Young, where they worked as a Senior Consultant, and Sodexo Benefits & Rewards Services, serving as Risk and Internal Control Manager and later as Global Project Manager. Currently, at Pluxee, Léa manages the Acceleration Plan Portfolio, ensuring alignment between Lean Portfolio Management and various initiatives. They hold a Master’s degree in Internal Audit and Management Control from Ecole supérieure de Commerce de Toulouse.
